Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Singapore. The Relationship Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with institutional and high-net-worth clients, serving as their primary point of contact for cryptocurrency derivative investment products. Daily responsibilities include understanding client objectives, providing product information and investment updates, coordinating trade execution with internal teams, and ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up. The role involves monitoring client portfolios, addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and supporting client onboarding and KYC processes in line with compliance standards. Relationship Managers will collaborate closely with sales, trading, risk, and operations teams to deliver a seamless client experience and identify opportunities to deepen client engagement.


Qualifications

  • Client relationship and communication skills: ability to manage institutional and high-net-worth clients, build trust, and communicate complex products clearly.
  • Financial markets and product knowledge: understanding of derivatives, cryptocurrency markets, and traditional finance concepts relevant to institutional-grade investments.
  • Sales and business development skills: experience identifying client needs, presenting solutions, and supporting cross-selling or upselling opportunities.
  • Compliance and risk awareness: familiarity with KYC/AML processes, regulatory requirements, and risk management practices in financial services.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills: capacity to interpret market information, address client issues, and coordinate solutions with internal stakeholders.
  • Organizational and coordination skills: ability to manage multiple client accounts, track follow-ups, and maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; relevant professional qualifications (e.g., CFA, FRM) are a plus.
  • Prior experience in relationship management or client coverage within financial services or digital asset markets is highly beneficial.
  • Proficiency in English; additional regional languages are an advantage for interacting with a diverse client base.
