Job Description

Responsibilities

Payroll, Tax & Compliance

  • Manage and oversee end-to-end monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely payment of salaries.
  • Review and validate payroll inputs including new hires, salary adjustments, allowances, bonuses, overtime claims, and employee deductions.
  • Liaise with payroll vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth payroll administration and resolution of payroll-related matters.
  • Administer statutory contributions and ensure compliance with relevant employment and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage annual tax reporting and submissions, including employee tax clearance and other payroll-related statutory obligations.
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
  • Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and employee-related data as required.


HR Generalist

  • Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, confirmations, contract renewals, and offboarding.
  • Prepare and administer employment contracts, HR letters, and employee documentation.
  • Provide HR advisory support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and employee-related matters.
  • Support performance management, annual HR exercises
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity within HR systems.
  • Support work pass administration and liaise with relevant authorities where required.
  • Generate HR metrics, reports, and workforce analytics to support management decision-making.
  • Participate in HR projects, process improvement initiatives, policy reviews, and HR digitalisation efforts.


Requirements


Qualifications

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Professional HR certifications will be an advantage.


Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, with strong exposure to payroll administration and HR generalist responsibilities.
  • Hands-on experience managing payroll and tax-related processes.
  • Sound knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and statutory requirements.
  • Experience in employee lifecycle management, employee engagement, and HR advisory support.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems.
