Responsibilities
Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced
Presales Engineer / Solutions Architect
with strong hands-on
Kubernetes
experience to support cloud-native solution design, technical discovery and customer engagements.
Responsibilities:
Lead technical discovery sessions and understand customer requirements.
Design cloud-native solutions across AWS, Azure, GCP and on-premises environments.
Conduct product demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and technical presentations.
Design backup, disaster recovery and migration solutions for Kubernetes environments.
Work closely with customers, sales and technical teams throughout the presales cycle.
Translate technical requirements into suitable solution architectures.
Requirements
Strong hands-on Kubernetes experience is a MUST.
Experience with managed Kubernetes platforms such as
EKS, AKS or GKE
.
Good understanding of Kubernetes concepts including
CSI, CNI, Persistent Volumes (PV/PVC) and Service Mesh
.
Experience with self-managed Kubernetes platforms such as
Red Hat OpenShift, SUSE Rancher or Nutanix NKP
will be advantageous.
Around 5–8 years of relevant IT experience, preferably in Presales, Solutions Architecture, Cloud or DevOps.
Strong Linux knowledge.
Experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP.
Good understanding of cloud security, IAM, encryption and storage.
Experience with Terraform and/or Helm is preferred.
Backup, disaster recovery, data protection or enterprise storage experience will be highly advantageous.
Strong customer-facing, presentation and technical discovery skills.
CKA or other Kubernetes/cloud certifications will be advantageous.
