Responsibilities
Requirements
.· Review and revise drawings to meet design and safety standards.
- Proficient in AutoCAD (Revit knowledge is an advantage).
- Experience in RC structural works and Wet Trade construction projects.
- Familiar with Singapore construction standards and drawing requirements.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Liaise with supervisors and engineers to gather product and structural requirements and designs
.· Review and revise drawings to meet design and safety standards.
- Maintain organized and easily accessible drawing records.
- Prepare Architectural and Structural drawings
- Coordinate with main contractors for execution of shop drawings.
- Maintain proper record for drawings and information
- Create drawings from written and verbal specifications obtained from Engineer
- Complete task assigned by superior and performing other relevant duties when needed
- Experience in construction M&E works.
