Responsibilities
Zagro is a Singapore private-limited company, strong in heritage and experienced in providing Agrisolutions to farmers in agriculture and animal husbandry. It manufactures and distributes a wide range of nutrition and protection products for Animal Health and Crop Care.

PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor daily production activities to ensure production schedules and targets are met.
Plan and allocate manpower to support smooth production operations.
Monitor production output, workflow, and order deadlines.
Identify and resolve day-to-day production and operational issues.
Coordinate with Production Planning, Quality Control, Maintenance, Warehouse, and other departments.
Prepare daily and weekly production reports.
Ensure production processes and work instructions are followed.
Support improvement initiatives to increase productivity and production efficiency.
Guide and support production operators to maintain smooth operations.
Perform other production-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
5 years of experience in production, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Experience in chemical or related manufacturing environment will be an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
Proactive, responsible, and able to work well in a team.
