Job Description
Responsibilities
Working hour
Mondays to Thursdays: 7.30 am to 4.30 pm
Fridays: 7.30 am to 4 pm
Scope of Services
Run science labs: prepare apparatus and materials for experiments
Oversee housekeeping, maintenance, and operations of labs and science rooms
Set up experiment materials and equipment
Support teachers in lesson preparation
Assist with procurement of science equipment and materials
Monitor teacher schedules for lab usage
Help with school research projects
Perform data entry and update storage inventory systems
Liaise with vendors/contractors for lab equipment maintenance
Invigilate science practical assessments
Carry out other duties assigned by supervisor
Qualifications
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Completed secondary education
Relevant admin experience preferred (e.g., MS Outlook and MS Office)
