Job Responsibilities 

·         Cultivate a culture of continuous business process improvement, fostering innovation and efficiency beyond the project lifecycle.

·         Manage business requirements throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

·         Inspire and motivate colleagues at the organizational level to develop innovative solutions for driving change and improving operations.

·         Evaluate the effectiveness of business process improvement solutions, conducting reviews to assess outcomes and areas for enhancement.

·         Formulate incident or crisis management plans to address gaps and ensure effective response to emergencies.

·         Manage resources efficiently to ensure delivery schedules are met and operational goals are achieved.

·         Oversee the performance of sorting machines, implementing measures to optimize efficiency and productivity.

·         Review incident or crisis management plans regularly to identify and mitigate any gaps or weaknesses.

·         Lead Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) activities to ensure departmental compliance with regulatory requirements.

·         Influence behavioral changes to resolve areas of non-conformance to WSH standards, promoting a safe working environment.

·         Drive organizational discussions on the adoption of the latest technology innovations, assessing their potential impact and benefits.

·         Lead the successful completion of technology projects, overseeing implementation and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

·         Review the impact of technology use, electronic tools, and devices on organizational performance, identifying areas for improvement.

·         Assess the impact of implementing technology enablers on organizational operations, optimizing processes for enhanced efficiency.

·         Review warehouse operations using supply chain and business management principles, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.

·         Review warehouse strategy for alignment across different functions, promoting synergy and cohesion in warehouse operations.

Job Requirements 

·         Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

·         Min. 10 years of relevant working experience

·         Detailed and business oriented with strong analytical skills
