Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Supervise front-of-house and service staff to maintain high service standards.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest feedback and complaints professionally.
Coordinate closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food service.
Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and consistency.
Manage staff schedules, daily assignments, and operational requirements.
Monitor inventory, stock levels, and food and beverage consumption to control costs.
Train and coach staff to improve service skills, teamwork, and productivity.
Support sales activities, promotions, and special events to increase restaurant revenue.
Prepare operational reports and work closely with management to achieve business and customer satisfaction targets.
