Your Role:

Bring the store experience to life through warm and consistent customer service 

Welcome and engage customers to create a strong in-store experience 

Support smooth daily store operations 

Keep the store clean, organized, and aligned with brand presentation standards 

Assist with stock arrangement and replenishment 

Support basic cashiering and transaction duties when needed 

Help maintain a store environment that encourages customers to explore and return

Be present and assist during brand events, community runs, and other activations when required 

Assist with in-store promotions and occasional setup support 

Assist with filming of product UGC social media content with Ryan, athletes or KOL’s

Act as keyholder for the store, with the responsibility of opening and closing the store when needed 

Who We’re Looking For:

Friendly, approachable, and naturally customer-focused 

Willing to learn and grow in a retail environment 

Interest in running / active lifestyle culture is a strong plus 

Good communication skills and positive attitude 

Basic Excel knowledge (simple tracking and data entry) 

Responsible, hands-on, and a team player 

No prior retail experience required — training provided

Role Benefits:

Subject to store commission based on sales target

Receive 3 times their standard hourly/daily rate for hours worked on public holidays
