Job Description

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook daily menu items according to shop standards.

Train and guide junior kitchen staff or apprentices on cooking techniques and recipes.


Oversee daily shop operations, including opening/closing duties and customer service when needed.

Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and handle basic ordering of ingredients.

Maintain strict cleanliness, hygenie, and food safety standards in the shop.
