RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare detailed mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) system drawings using AutoCAD or Revit.
• Work with engineers and architects to ensure proper MEP system design and integration.
• Update drawings based on feedback and changes in the project.
• Make sure designs meet building codes, specifications, and regulations.
• Provide technical support during installation and conduct site visits when needed.
• Development of mechanical & electrical systems and designs, co-ordinated building services layouts, management of drawing registers and standards.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree/Diploma holder in Mechanical / Electrical or other related discipline.
• Certificate in BIM Revit
• Min 3 years experience in related field
• Excellent AutoCAD skills
• Able to start within short notice
• Working location: Changi
