Responsibilities
Overview of the Role
Join our structured training programme designed to develop you into a future store leader. You will gain hands-on experience in sales, merchandising, store operations and team management.
Strong performers may have the opportunity to progress into a merchandising role and travel to overseas to source products, negotiate with suppliers and purchase merchandise for the company.
What You Will Do
Deliver excellent customer service and support the achievement of sales targets
Review sales reports and assist with commercial decision-making
Support product management, stock replenishment and stockroom operations
Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards
Assist with staff scheduling, team training and daily store management
Support product sourcing, supplier negotiations and merchandise purchasing
Ensure compliance with operational, safety and company standards
What We Are Looking For
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to understand and interpret sales data
Good organisational and multitasking abilities
Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
Interest in merchandising, product sourcing and supplier management
Leadership potential and a strong team spirit
Requirements
Minimum Diploma qualification
Passion for fashion and retail
Basic knowledge of retail operations is an advantage
Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
Willingness to travel overseas when required
