Responsibilities:

• Handle projects assigned.
• Handle ad-hoc rectification works with technicians.
• Check and identify building defects
• Attend to any emergency breakdown of services
• Follow up with contractors on rectification works.
• Perform minor troubleshooting of M&E critical equipment.
• Liaise with finance and admin assistant for admin-related matters.
• Any ad-hoc matters assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess minimum NITEC / Higher NITEC in Building / Estate Management / Real Estate / Engineering in Electronic & Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronic or equivalent
• Independent, meticulous, tactful and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• 3 to 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
• 5.5 days work week (office hours).
