Responsibilities

• Lead business case development, budgeting and project planning for digital systems.
• Manage IT procurement and tender processes, ensuring timely delivery.
• Drive projects across the full lifecycle using appropriate methodologies, including Agile.
• Manage project schedules, risks, dependencies and mitigation plans.
• Engage and manage vendors to deliver digital solutions and services effectively.
• Ensure projects comply with IT management, quality and security policies.
• Communicate project progress, risks and key decisions clearly to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant Project Management experience, with experience across at least 2 full project development lifecycles, including at least one Agile project.
• Experience in Cloud, Data Analytics, Design Thinking or Product-Centric Development is preferred.
• Experience with IT tendering/procurement.
• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, Computer/Electronics Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
• Project Management or Agile certifications such as PMI, CITPM, COMIT or Certified Scrum Master are good to have.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
