Job Description :-

• Host and conduct livestream sessions on platforms such as TikTok to promote and showcase QPocket products.
• Present products confidently by highlighting their features, quality, functions, and key selling points.
• Engage with viewers during livestreams by responding to comments, answering questions, and encouraging interaction.
• Create an energetic and engaging livestream environment to attract viewers and increase customer engagement.
• Stay updated on current trends, popular products, and e-commerce campaigns to create relevant and engaging livestream content.
• Develop a good understanding of QPocket’s products, target customers, and brand identity.
• Arrange and prepare products before each livestream to ensure they are presented neatly and attractively.
• Monitor livestream performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Work closely with the team to plan livestream content, promotions, and product highlights.
• Maintain daily and monthly livestream records, including sales, viewers, engagement, and other relevant performance data.
• Assist with other outlet and promotional activities when required.

Job Requirements :-

• Diploma/Bachelor in Marketing, Business Communications, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experienced in livestream operation or E-Commerce will be an added advantage.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Working days : 6 working days (Morning & Noon Shift)
• Willing to work and host livestream sessions from the outletQpocket.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
