Job Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure safety compliance at construction/project sites.
• Conduct daily site inspections, toolbox meetings and safety briefings.
• Ensure workers and subcontractors comply with PPE and safety requirements.
• Identify unsafe conditions and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor high-risk activities including working at height, hot works, electrical works and lifting activities.
• Maintain safety records, inspection reports and incident/accident reports.
• Conduct safety induction for workers and subcontractors.
• Liaise with Project/Site Manager, client and relevant parties on safety matters.
• Ensure good housekeeping and a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Diploma/Certificate in Occupational Safety & Health or related field.
• Registered Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) with DOSH/JKKP – valid Yellow Book preferred/required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant construction/site safety experience.
• Knowledge of Malaysian safety regulations and site safety practices.
• Able to work independently and communicate effectively with workers and subcontractors.
• Experience in interior fit-out/renovation projects is an advantage.
• Willing to travel/work at different project sites when required.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
