Job Description

Responsibilities

Account Manager (Hybrid)

Account Servicing · PR & Communications · Korean Celebrity Marketing · Events

At ED&C, we believe great account managers don't just manage timelines, they build relationships, solve problems, and create opportunities for clients to grow. We're looking for someone who is independent, solutions-oriented, commercially minded, and experienced in managing clients, media partners, stakeholders, and talent representatives.

Our work spans integrated marketing campaigns, celebrity partnerships, public relations, regional events, and brand activations. With offices in Singapore, Seoul, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok, Jakarta, and Taipei, we work with some of Asia's most dynamic brands and celebrities.

If you enjoy taking ownership, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are excited by the intersection of communications, entertainment, celebrity partnerships, and regional marketing, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

  • Build trusted client relationships by combining strategic thinking, commercial awareness, and exceptional execution.
  • Lead campaigns and projects, from product launches and media events to celebrity partnerships, regional activations, and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Manage media, talent representatives, partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are executed smoothly and professionally.
  • Demonstrate strong business acumen by understanding client objectives, budgets, and commercial priorities while recommending solutions that create value for both the client and the agency.
  • Manage celebrity public relations initiatives, including media engagements, interview coordination, and press events.
  • Communicate thoughtfully and appropriately, adapting your approach to different clients, markets, partners, media representatives, and talent teams.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen existing client relationships through strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and new business initiatives.
  • Work with a strong sense of urgency by anticipating challenges, solving problems proactively, and maintaining momentum across multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Stay adaptable and resourceful while managing shifting priorities, tight deadlines, and unexpected changes.

Who You Are

  • Four to six years of experience in account management, public relations, talent management, integrated marketing, advertising, entertainment, communications, or events.
  • Experience in a PR, communications, advertising, marketing, entertainment, luxury, beauty, lifestyle, or talent management agency environment is strongly preferred.
  • Mature, self-motivated, and capable of working independently while remaining highly collaborative.
  • An excellent communicator with strong writing skills and the ability to manage relationships across different cultures and seniority levels.
  • Commercially minded, with the ability to balance creativity, client objectives, budgets, and business outcomes.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Possesses a strong sense of ownership, urgency, and accountability.
  • Resourceful, adaptable, and comfortable navigating unfamiliar situations.
  • Passionate about entertainment, celebrity culture, media, and regional marketing trends.
  • Fluency in Mandarin, Korean, or other Asian languages would be an advantage.
