Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Installation & Commissioning: Install and commission equipment at customer sites, including wiring, piping, power-on checks, and functional testing.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve common technical faults on-site; escalate complex issues appropriately and document all repair efforts.
• Customer Training: Provide basic operational training to client personnel and support smooth trial production runs.
• Site Management & Safety: Manage on-site tools, equipment, materials, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE); strictly adhere to safety and 6S standards.
• Documentation & Targets: Complete comprehensive installation logs, meet project productivity targets, and handle assigned field duties.

Job Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Prior experience in field service, equipment installation, or technical support is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with relevant engineering backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply!
• Industry Preference: Candidates with experience in PV (Solar) equipment or the Semiconductor industry are preferred (not mandatory).
• Skills & Attributes: Willing to travel to customer sites and perform overtime work when required. Basic communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Salary & Financial Package

• Base Salary: RM 2,500 – RM 3,500 per month
• Fixed Allowance: RM 200 per month
• Performance Incentive: Monthly/Project KPI Incentives
• Travel Allowance: Generous site travel allowance provided on top of basic salary, ranging from RM 1,800 up to RM 6,100 (depending on assignment location)
• Overtime Pay: Calculated separately in accordance with labor guidelines
• Statutory Benefits: EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and Paid Annual Leave per company policy

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
