Overview

PM Group Singapore is looking for a Cleanroom Lead Architect who is a subject‑matter expert responsible for the architectural design, coordination, and technical oversight of cleanroom facilities, ensuring compliance with industry standards, project budgets, and construction schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning & coordination of all project phases from design planning to construction-related planning.
• Responsible for the quality of Architectural work produced within the Department.
• Resource planning to ensure correct balance of resources to meet the projected workload.
• Support proposal preparation, developing hours estimates and deliverables lists, writing project execution methodologies and preparing and leading proposals for architecturally led projects.
  
  

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture
• Minimum 15 Years of experience performing Architectural design work
• Life Sciences industry experience is highly preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a multi-disciplinary environment
• Proactive architect with experience in all stages of project delivery (schematic design, design development and construction)
• Experience in laboratory programming and design requirements
• Design and presentation graphic skills
• Understanding of local permitting legislation, building regulations and Health & Safety legislation
• Significant experience of large-scale process architecture
