Job Description

Responsibilities

Responsible for overseeing the company's accounting, administration, procurement, logistics, and compliance functions to ensure smooth business operations. This role supports accurate financial reporting, efficient office administration, statutory compliance, and coordination of travel-accommodation and simple express courier activities while assisting in continuous improvement of ERP systems and internal processes.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance

  • Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations).
  • Perform monthly and year-end closing, prepare management reports, and monitor cash flow.
  • Manage petty cash, project costing, budgeting, and expense control.
  • Maintain accurate accounting records and support documentation.

Compliance & Payroll

  • Prepare GST returns and support tax and audit requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with SFRS and statutory regulations.
  • Coordinate payroll with the external provider, including payroll inputs, CPF, and related reporting.

Administration &Operations

  • Process purchase orders and maintain administrative records.
  • Manage office administration, filing, correspondence, and vendor coordination.
  • Arrange employee travel, accommodation, and shipment bookings.
  • Coordinate with logistics providers and maintain shipping documentation (courier, DHL, Fedex..)
  • Office Secretary to provide administrative, clerical, and organizational duties to support and ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office,

Systems & Process Improvement

  • Maintain and improve ERP and accounting systems.
  • Support process improvements, automation, and internal controls.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant accounting and administrative experience.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, able to work independently, and a strong team player.
  • Experience handling full-set accounts, GST submissions, purchase orders, petty cash, and administrative operations.
  • Experience with accounting software and ERP systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident

Preferred

  • CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Experience in project-based industries (e.g., construction, engineering, electrical, and manufacturing).
  • Experience coordinating local and international logistics and business travel.
  • Proficient in English; additional language proficiency is an advantage.
