Job Summary
You will deliver and collect goods and documents, transport engineers to various locations, and support logistics activities to ensure smooth marine service operations.
Responsibilities
Deliver and collect goods, documents, and materials according to assigned schedules to meet operational needs
Transport engineers safely between office, ports, shipyards, vessels, and customer sites for scheduled trips
Confirm delivery accuracy and obtain customer acknowledgements to ensure service quality
Load, unload, and secure cargo safely during transportation to prevent damage and ensure compliance
Plan and optimize routes to achieve timely deliveries, collections, and personnel transport
Follow all road safety regulations and company procedures to maintain safety standards
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance for operational tracking
Assist with warehouse and logistics tasks as needed to support team efficiency
Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management to support business operations
Required competencies and certifications
Hold a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence to operate company vehicles safely and legally
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Possess 1 to 2 years of relevant driving experience preferred to ensure familiarity with driving tasks
Demonstrate physical fitness to handle loading and unloading activities safely
Exhibit responsibility, punctuality, and safety awareness to maintain reliable service
Communicate effectively and build positive interpersonal relationships with team and customers
Work independently and collaboratively within a team to support operational goals
