Responsibilities
Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a
Customer Service-focused Operations Coordinator
to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional and responsive customer service to clients.
Handle customer enquiries via phone calls and emails.
Schedule and coordinate service appointments between clients and technicians, including follow-ups.
Attend to customer complaints promptly and coordinate with the relevant departments to provide appropriate solutions or alternatives, following through to ensure closure.
Communicate effectively with clients and build positive working relationships.
Create contracts and service records in the company’s in-house system and upload the relevant supporting documents.
Monitor cash collections by technicians within the assigned team.
Check and compile service reports before sending them to customers.
Prepare and verify invoices accurately before sending them to customers.
Attend customer meetings when required.
Prepare reports requested by customers when required.
Perform other ad-hoc operational and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking and analytical skills.
Good organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated, responsible and attentive to detail.
Good communication and professional customer service skills.
Benefits
Basic salary: $3,000 – $4,500 per month
