We are looking for a driven and adaptable Marketing Executive to support FLY Entertainment’s content, artistes, digital platforms, and brand campaigns.

As FLY continues to expand into original content and digital IP development, this role is perfect for someone who wants real, hands-on exposure across content, artistes, campaigns, and social media strategy. You will be involved in the full process of creating social media content, coordinating shoots, supporting exciting brand collaborations, and contributing to the growth of FLY’s digital presence and original content initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1.Content Management & Creation

• Manage FLY Entertainment’s content calendar and ensure all planned content is published accurately and on schedule across platforms
• Produce content for FLY’s owned channels and client campaigns, including both organic and sponsored content
• Be involved in the full content production process, from filming to editing
• Adapt content formats for different platforms (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn) while staying aligned with brand tone and objectives
• Support ideation of content concepts, formats, and story angles to keep FLY’s output fresh and relevant
• Support the development of FLY Entertainment’s original content IPs and digital content initiatives across social media and emerging platforms
• Assist in developing and maintaining content pillars to ensure consistent brand storytelling and audience engagement across FLY’s channels
• Work closely with the team to identify social media trends, audience behaviors, and content opportunities relevant to entertainment and digital culture
• Support social media planning and campaign rollouts to grow FLY’s online presence, community engagement, and platform reach

2.Artiste Liaison

• Liaise with FLY artistes for content shoots, campaign deliverables, and schedules
• Coordinate filming dates, content requirements, and timelines with artistes and internal teams
• Ensure artistes are briefed clearly on campaign objectives, deliverables, and expectations
• Act as a point of contact between artistes, internal stakeholders, and external partners when required

3.Project Management & Business Support

• Assist in managing campaigns and projects from brief to execution and delivery
• Coordinate with internal teams, freelancers, and partners to ensure projects stay on track
• Support pitching for campaigns and clients, including preparing decks, content ideas, and campaign proposals
• Track deliverables, timelines, and basic reporting to ensure commitments are met
• Provide administrative and coordination support for brand collaborations and client projects
• Assist in conducting basic brand and social media audits to support campaign planning and content improvements
• Support brainstorming and development of new digital content formats, platform concepts, and branded IP opportunities
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure content and campaigns align with FLY’s evolving brand positioning and business objectives

Skills Requirements & Qualifications

• 1 to 5years of relevant experience in marketing, content, media, or communications(fresh graduates are welcome)
• Strong understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Experience in content creation, including filming and basic editing for social media content
• Good organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines
• Clear communicator with good written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment

Bonus(but not mandatory)

• Proficiency with editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
• Experience supporting campaigns, pitch decks, or branded content projects
• Interest or experience in entertainment, talent management, or digital media
• Interest in digital content strategy, creator economy trends, and social media audience growth
• Familiarity with social media analytics and content performance tracking is a plus
