Job Summary
Support project leadership by coordinating architectural design and construction activities to ensure quality, compliance, and timely delivery of commercial interior fit-out projects.
Responsibilities
Coordinate design detailing between clients and consultants to align project requirements and deliverables
Review, update, and coordinate architectural work including shop drawings to maintain accuracy and compliance
Resolve site architectural issues such as drawing discrepancies and method statements using BIM software to ensure quality and productivity
Liaise with sub-contractors and vendors to prevent conflicts, disputes, and abortive work on projects
Ensure architectural works comply with specifications and authority requirements to maintain quality standards
Schedule architectural works, manage material requisition, control costs, supervise projects, and maintain documentation per the Master Programme
Prepare construction method statements and technical proposals to facilitate smooth work transitions
Inspect ongoing work, identify issues, and monitor rectifications to uphold quality standards
Coordinate submission and status updates of shop drawings, samples, mock-ups, and materials while supervising work progress
Conduct routine inspections of installed works and maintain close communication with clients, consultants, and sub-contractors
Compile and hand over architectural documentation, including as-built drawing submissions
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Degree in Building Engineering or Architectural Discipline
Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural finishing work
Proficient in architectural software including AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM platforms
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
Excellent organisational skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
Proactive problem-solving skills to identify and resolve coordination issues
Availability for alternate Saturday work per month
