• Conduct training sessions using various methods such as presentations, demonstrations, role-playing and hands on activities.
• Create and update training content, including presentations, e learning modules and other.
• Develop training curriculums and learning paths for improvement and adapt training content accordingly.
• Ensure the training content aligns with regulatory requirements and industry standards when applicable.
• Review and update necessary and identify changes and current document revision status. (IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001) - for Human Resource department only.

Qualification :

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administation, Psychology or other related field or Diploma with at least three (3) years of HR Work experience or SPM with at least five (5) years of HR related work experience.

- Completed the HRDF Train the Trainer program or equivalent certification from othe recognized institutions.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
