Human Resource Executive

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations for both office and factory employees.
  • Handle recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, onboarding, and employee documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, personal files, attendance, leave, and related HR information.
  • Manage payroll preparation, overtime, allowances, deductions, and other payroll-related matters.
  • Administer employee benefits, leave, medical claims, and other HR-related matters.
  • Monitor employee attendance, working hours, shift schedules, and overtime, particularly for factory and production employees.
  • Assist in preparing employment contracts, confirmation letters, warning letters, and other HR documents.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are properly implemented and communicated to employees.
  • Handle employee enquiries, grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace issues professionally.
  • Coordinate staff training, development programmes, orientation, and skills-related activities.
  • Assist management in manpower planning and workforce requirements for production and other departments.
  • Ensure HR practices comply with applicable Malaysian employment laws and statutory requirements.
  • Liaise with relevant government agencies and statutory bodies when required.
  • Support employee engagement activities and maintain a positive working environment.
  • Prepare HR reports, manpower reports, attendance summaries, and other management reports.
  • Assist with audits and ensure proper HR documentation and records are maintained.
  • Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a manufacturing or food production environment.
  • Must be able to speak and communicate in Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking employees, candidates, management, and business partners.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Good knowledge of Malaysian employment practices and statutory requirements.
  • Experience in payroll, recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
  • Familiar with HR systems, payroll software, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple HR tasks effectively.
  • Experience handling factory/shift workers is an advantage.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
