Job Title- AI DevOps Engineer – L2/L3 Application Support
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Role Summary:
We are looking for an experienced AI DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in L2/L3 Application Support, DevOps, and AI-driven automation. The candidate will support critical enterprise applications and drive automation using Agentic AI, GenAI/LLMs, and self-healing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 production support for critical enterprise applications.
- Troubleshoot issues across Linux/Unix, Java/J2EE, Oracle Database, and WebLogic.
- Perform RCA, incident/problem management, and permanent remediation.
- Support application deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and environment management.
- Monitor applications and infrastructure to ensure availability and SLA compliance.
- Collaborate with Development, Infrastructure, and Database teams.
- Design and implement AI Agents / Agentic AI solutions for IT operations.
- Develop automated runbooks, self-healing workflows, and AI-driven incident automation.
- Integrate AI solutions with monitoring, alerting, and ITSM tools.
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
Required Skills
- 5+ years in DevOps / Application Support.
- Strong L2/L3 production support experience.
- Hands-on Linux/Unix.
- Strong Java/J2EE application support.
- Oracle Database and WebLogic Server.
- CI/CD and deployment tools such as Jenkins/GitLab/GitHub Actions.
- Monitoring and ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, etc.
- Strong RCA, incident management, troubleshooting, and SLA experience.
- Hands-on exposure to Agentic AI, AI Agents, GenAI/LLMs.
- Experience building AI-driven automation, self-healing solutions, or automated runbooks.
Preferred
- Banking/financial services production support experience.
- Kubernetes/Docker/cloud exposure.
- Python or scripting for automation.
- Experience integrating AI agents with ITSM/monitoring platforms.
