Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and proactive Site Supervisor with electrical knowledge to oversee daily site operations and ensure project works are completed according to schedule and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and workers on site, ensure work is carried out according to project schedule.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Monitor electrical installation works, testing, commissioning and site progress
- Ensure works are carried out according to drawings and specifications
- Inspect workmanship and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures
- Prepare daily/weekly site reports, progress updates and documentation.
- Troubleshoot basic electrical issues and provide technical support when required
- Attend site meetings and communicate project progress to management.
Requirements
- Diploma / Certificate in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years of site supervision experience or electrical works.
- Good knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and installation.
- Able to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
- Familiar with site safety practices and regulations.
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently
- Possess own transport
- Experience in construction or M&E projects is an advantage.
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
