Role and Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across major platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic, etc.).
• Own the full paid ads funnel — from audience targeting and creative briefing to performance tracking and continuous optimization.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics to continuously improve acquisition efficiency.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new paid ad opportunities and stay ahead of industry shifts.
• Test and iterate on different ad formats, messaging, and audience strategies to improve campaign outcomes.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Experience in fintech or financial services industry
• Familiarity with paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other performance-driven networks.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional European languages are a plus).
• Mandarin proficiency is an advantage, particularly for communicating with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and regional markets.
• A self-starter attitude, capable of managing multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
