Job requirements:
A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electro Engineering, Mechatronic Technology or a related field.
5-10 years leadership experiences in manufacturing sector or senior executive role, gained from working your way up the corporate ladder through various roles and jobs.
Deep understanding of machinery and parts manufacturing processes, technologies, and market dynamics.
Excellence leadership, change management, and communication skills.
Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality control processes.
