KGiSL Hiring! Full Time Senior - Junior Microsoft Dynamics CRM in Federal Territory - Ricebowl

We are seeking an experienced Senior / Junior Microsoft Dynamics CRM with 6-10 years of application development experience, including at least 4 years in a technical leadership role. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in designing, developing, and implementing Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, particularly within the Service and Sales modules. The candidate should possess hands-on experience leading end-to-end CRM implementations, mentoring development teams, and delivering scalable, high-quality solutions aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, customization, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Act as the technical lead for Dynamics 365 CRM projects, providing architectural guidance and code review support.
• Design and develop custom plugins, custom workflow activities, server-side extensions, and integrations.
• Lead at least one complete end-to-end implementation of the Dynamics 365 Service module, from requirements gathering through deployment and support.
• Design and implement solutions across the Dynamics 365 Service and Sales modules while managing technical delivery in a team lead capacity.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, architects, and project managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and external enterprise applications using APIs, Azure services, and middleware platforms.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, governance, and performance optimization guidelines.
• Provide technical mentoring and guidance to developers and support team members.
• Participate in solution architecture discussions, technical estimations, and project planning activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and ensure application stability and scalability.
• Support deployment activities and oversee solution releases across development, testing, and production environments.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in application development, with at least 4 years in a technical lead capacity for Dynamics CRM. 

• Strong proficiency in designing and implementing plugins, custom workflows, and server-side logic.

• Completed atleast one end to end service module implementation.

• Experience ins designing and implementing the service/sales module solution in team lead capacity.

• Good to have react JS development or integration with CRM exposure .
