Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and verify IT equipment, serial numbers and asset tags.
• Perform RFID/asset tagging and basic device UAT/quality checks.
• Pack and prepare IT equipment for deployment, storage or dispatch.
• Maintain asset records, inventory and UAT documentation.
• Support stock counts, reconciliation, picking, staging and asset movement.
• Maintain warehouse safety, security and housekeeping standards.
• Coordinate with Imaging, Extraction and technical teams.
• Escalate damaged assets, discrepancies and operational issues.

Requirements

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, production, manufacturing or asset handling.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to work with checklists/inventory systems.
• Good attention to detail, communication and teamwork skills.
• Comfortable lifting/moving equipment and standing for extended periods.

Preferred: Experience with IT hardware/assets, RFID, barcode scanning, inventory systems or basic device testing.
