Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and allocate daily manpower based on order volume and workload.
• Supervise end-to-end order fulfilment across all sales platforms.
• Organize and distribute orders/batches to the Operations team.
• Coordinate affiliate & influencer orders and generate daily AWB via Ninja Dashboard.
• Coordinate courier drop-offs and ensure timely shipment.
• Monitor new staff training, performance and SOP compliance.
• Resolve daily operational issues including manpower, equipment and packaging shortages.
• Prepare manpower and workflow for peak sales campaigns.
• Monitor team productivity and suggest process improvements.
• Assist in creating, implementing and updating Operations SOPs.
• Maintain a clean, organized and efficient Operations area.
• Prepare daily operational reports and follow up on pending issues.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Operations, Fulfilment, Warehouse, or a related field, with experience in managing or supervising staff.
• Experience in assigning tasks, monitoring staff performance, and managing daily manpower.
• Familiar with e-commerce platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee, and other online sales channels.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail.
• Good leadership and communication skills, with the ability to guide and motivate team members.
• Able to identify operational issues and take appropriate action or escalate matters to the Operations Leader when necessary.
• Willing to work during peak sales periods, promotions, campaigns, and double-digit sale events.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
