Assistant RM & Operations

Merliance Capital | Singapore

Merliance Capital is looking for a proactive and organised Assistant Relationship Manager & Operations to support our RMs and the company across client onboarding, client management and day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support RMs with end-to-end client onboarding, including KYC/AML and account opening.
  • Coordinate with clients, custodians, banks and other service providers.
  • Assist with ongoing client servicing, documentation and account administration.
  • Track and follow up on outstanding onboarding and operational matters.
  • Support RMs with client meetings, reports and other relationship management activities.
  • Help improve and streamline the firm's operational processes.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years' experience in wealth management, private banking, asset management, family office or financial services.
  • Strong organisational, communication and follow-up skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Good understanding of client onboarding and KYC/AML processes.
  • VCC or EAM (External Asset Manager) experience is a strong advantage.
