Job Overview :

Responsible for supporting manufacturing production activities to ensure smooth machine operation, stable production output, and product quality. Perform basic machine troubleshooting, routine maintenance support, equipment monitoring, and housekeeping activities to minimize downtime and achieve production targets.

Primary Responsibilities :

 Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure smooth production operation.

 Carry out daily and shift routine checks as assigned by the superior.

 Support production line activities by responding to machine or tooling issues in a timely manner.

 Perform basic troubleshooting and escalate major machine issues to the Engineering team or superior.

 Support equipment setup, conversion, and changeover activities.

 Ensure production output, quality, and cycle time targets are achieved.

 Maintain proper housekeeping and comply with 5S and safety requirements at all times.

 Ensure all machine safety devices, interlocks, and covers are properly installed and functioning.

 Report machine abnormalities, downtime, and production issues to the Crew Leader or superior promptly.

 Follow standard operating procedures (SOP), work instructions, and company regulations.

 Support continuous improvement and productivity improvement activities.

 Work collaboratively with team members to support production requirements.

 Perform any other duties assigned by the superior from time to time.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
