1. Beverage Preparation

• Prepare all beverages according to company SOP and standard recipes
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times

2. Customer Service & Order Handling

• Greet customers in a polite and professional manner
• Take orders accurately and efficiently
• Handle POS system and process payments
• Ensure smooth order flow between front and kitchen

3. Front of House

• Undergo structured training in Front of House operations
• Learn customer handling, table service, and service flow
• Understand outlet layout, menu knowledge, and service standards

4. Opening & Closing Duties

• Perform daily opening tasks (setup, preparation of ingredients, station readiness)
• Carry out closing procedures (cleaning, stock arrangement, shutdown of equipment)
• Ensure outlet is ready for operation at all times

5. Dessert Preparation

• Prepare desserts according to SOP and plating standards
• Ensure quality control in taste and presentation
• Maintain hygiene and proper storage of dessert ingredients

6. Cleanliness & SOP Compliance

• Practice “clean as you go” at all times
• Follow all hygiene, safety, and operational SOPs strictly
• Ensure all tools, equipment, and workstations are properly maintained

Requirements

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Responsible and disciplined in following SOP
• Moderate knowledge about coffee machine, espresso calibration, matcha making and simple latte art.

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
