Location Requirement:

• This position is based in Serdang, Kedah.
• Candidate must be willing and able to work in above mentioned location.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day activities of the project to ensure it progresses according to the plan.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential delays or deviations, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Establish and enforce rigorous quality control measures to maintain project standards and specifications.
• Allocate and manage resources efficiently, including personnel, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
• Coordinating with suppliers to ensure all required raw materials ordered are delivered to site in a timely manner.
• Monitor resource utilization, budget expenditures, and project costs, making adjustments as necessary.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical drawings, specifications, reports, and correspondence.
• Maintaining records of the construction activities on site, including progress reports, inspection reports, and documenting any issues or concerns that arise.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years related working experience in the construction field.
• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills to communicate and collaborate with contractors, consultants, suppliers and other relevant parties.
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and under tight deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
