ABOUT THE ROLE:

You’ll be responsible for leading the team on the ground, driving sales, maintaining our service and operational standards, and creating a positive and energetic store environment.

This role is ideal for someone who is mature, responsible, hands-on and passionate about developing people, with the confidence to lead a team and take ownership of the store.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

•⁠ ⁠TEAM LEADERSHIP: Lead, motivate and coach the team on the floor and lead by example and maintain a positive, energetic team culture

•⁠ ⁠SALES & CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE: Drive daily sales and support the achievement of store targets

•⁠ ⁠STORE OPERATIONS: Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations and oversee stock control, replenishment and product execution
