Responsibilities
About the role
This is an HR Recruitment role responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting through candidate follow-up during trial and probation periods.
Key responsibilities
- Post job advertisements and source candidates
- Contact and communicate with potential candidates
- Arrange and conduct interviews
- Follow up with candidates during their trial and probation periods
About you
- Fresh graduate are welcome
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible and organized
Benefits
- Full Attendance Bonus: RM500
- Additional Commission: RM5 per candidate interviewed, RM50 per recruit who passes the 7-day trial period, RM100 per recruit who completes the 1-month probation period
- EPF & SOCSO provided
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
