About the role

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse / Packing Assistant to join our e-commerce warehouse team in Bandar Mahkota Cheras. You will be responsible for daily picking, packing, stock handling and general warehouse operations.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.

• Check product quantity, model and condition before packing.

• Prepare and arrange parcels for courier collection.

• Assist with receiving, unloading and organising incoming stock.

• Move, arrange and organise products within the warehouse.

• Assist with stock counting and inventory checking.

• Check and organise returned parcels when required.

• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.

• Assist other team members during high-order-volume periods.

• Perform other warehouse and operational duties assigned by the supervisor.

About you

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.

• Warehouse, packing or e-commerce experience is an advantage.

• Physically fit and comfortable with standing, lifting and moving goods.

• Responsible, punctual and reliable with good attendance.

• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Able to follow instructions and standard operating procedures (SOP).

• Good teamwork and positive working attitude.

• Willing to learn and take on additional responsibilities.

• Able to start work on short notice is an advantage.

Benefits

• Basic salary: RM2,200 – RM2,500

• Full-time position with stable working hours.

• Saturday is a half-day only, from 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM.
