Biszon Flexipack Hiring! Full Time QUALITY ASSURANCE INTERN in Selangor - Ricebowl

Responsibilities:

• Exposure to the end-to-end Quality Assurance process and SOP for manufacturing industry 

• Support in quality related operations, data collection and reporting.

• Assist in the development and documentation of quality management procedures and protocols.

• Support the implementation of quality assurance programs and process improvements.

• Conduct data collection and assist on analysis reporting to identify trends and areas for improvement.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product and process quality.

• Help in the investigation of customer complaints and non-conformances, providing recommendations for corrective actions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Food Technology /Food Science any other similar qualification

• Minimum CGPA of 3.30.

• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia

• Able to commit to a 6-month internship.

• Proven leadership skills in extra-curricular activities

• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

• Innovative and systematic with sound analytical skills

• Proactive, action-oriented, persistent and resilient

• Passion in the food industry

• Able to work in production environment
