Project Site Coordinator – Painting Contractor

Responsible for managing and coordinating daily painting activities at project sites. The role involves supervising painters and subcontractors, ensuring work is carried out according to project specifications, quality standards and schedule. The Site Coordinator will also monitor site progress, arrange materials and manpower, conduct basic quality checks, maintain site cleanliness and safety, and report any site issues or delays to the Project/Operations Team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily painting activities and site work schedule.
• Supervise painters and subcontractors to ensure proper workmanship.
• Check surface preparation, paint application and finishing quality.
• Monitor manpower, materials, tools and equipment at site.
• Ensure the project follows the agreed scope, timeline and quality requirements.
• Take site photos and provide daily/weekly progress updates.
• Identify and report site issues, additional works or delays.
• Ensure proper housekeeping, PPE and basic site safety requirements.
• Coordinate with customers, supervisors and project team when required.
• Assist in project handover and rectification works.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
