As a Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining production equipment, troubleshooting machinery, and providing technical support to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing operations.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Equipment Maintenance: Perform preventive maintenance, servicing, and repair of production machinery, jigs, fixtures, and equipment.

2. Troubleshooting: Detect, analyze, and resolve mechanical and electrical equipment problems to minimize production downtime.

3. Inspection & Calibration: Conduct regular equipment inspections, testing, adjustment, and calibration to ensure equipment accuracy and reliability.

4. Production Support: Provide technical support to production teams, including machine setup, adjustment, and preparation for new models or processes.

5. Safety & Documentation: Maintain maintenance records and ensure all maintenance activities comply with company safety procedures and requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
• At least 1–3 years of relevant experience in equipment maintenance, machine troubleshooting, or manufacturing. Fresh graduates with relevant technical knowledge may also be considered.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems, production machinery, jigs, fixtures, and maintenance procedures.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and technical skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Willing to work in a manufacturing environment, including overtime or shift work when required. Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
