Role Overview

A prestigious luxury house is looking for a seasoned retail leader to run one of its boutiques. You will own the boutique's commercial results, shape how clients experience the brand, and build a team that consistently performs at the highest level. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is as comfortable on the shop floor with top clients as they are reviewing numbers with regional management.

What You Will Own

Commercial Results

1. Translate the brand's retail direction into a clear boutique plan with sales, client and operational targets
2. Read performance data closely, spot where the next growth will come from, and act on it
3. Report on trading, operations and market insights to regional leadership, with practical recommendations
4. Contribute to regional and head office projects, bringing a ground-level view of the market

The Boutique

1. Set and hold the standard for service, visual presentation and daily execution
2. Keep stock control, security and compliance tight and in line with company procedures
3. Make sure the boutique runs smoothly so the team can focus on clients

Clients

1. Grow a loyal client base through personal relationships, private appointments, events and after-sales care
2. Drive new client acquisition while deepening engagement with existing collectors
3. Treat the CRM as a business tool, ensuring client data is complete, accurate and used to generate opportunities
4. Act as the face of the brand in the boutique and across the wider luxury community

People

1. Hire, onboard and grow a team of client advisors, setting clear goals and coaching them to reach them
2. Build a culture where people share knowledge, support each other and take pride in client service
3. Identify future leaders and plan for succession within the boutique

What You Will Bring

• 8 years or more in luxury retail, hospitality or another high-touch client environment, with people management experience
• A track record of leading teams to strong commercial results in a luxury or premium setting
• Deep understanding of clienteling and long-term relationship building with high-value clients
• Solid operational discipline across inventory, processes and store standards
• A coaching leadership style that develops people, not just manages them
• Confidence engaging and influencing everyone from new joiners to senior stakeholders
• Sharp analytical thinking and a practical, solutions-focused approach
• Working knowledge of CRM systems, Microsoft Office and retail reporting tools
• Energy and composure in a fast-moving environment
• Fluent English
