Responsibilities
Clear jams and minor technical issues in machines
Empty and replace collection bins inside the RVM. and wipe down of the machine internal components
Maintain a clean and organised return point, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for customers
Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care
Maintain accurate documentation of returns and collections
Record and report machine faults or technical problems
Ability to move from point to point swiftly within East region of Singapore
