BentoTile Hiring! Full Time Growth Marketer in - Ricebowl

BentoTile | Singapore | Part-time | Unpaid currently

BentoTile is an early-stage startup building tools to make everyday digital workflows simpler and more accessible. We’re looking for a motivated Growth Marketer to join our founding team and take ownership of growing BentoTile’s user base and online presence.

This is an unpaid position at the moment, but it offers hands-on experience working directly with a startup’s founding team and the opportunity to take real ownership of growth, marketing and user acquisition.

• Develop and execute BentoTile’s growth and marketing strategy
• Manage and grow our presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and Reddit
• Create and plan engaging content and campaigns
• Experiment with different strategies to acquire new users
• Track growth metrics and use data to improve campaigns
• Reach out to student communities, organisations, creators and potential partners
• Help build BentoTile’s brand and online community
• Conduct market and competitor research
• Gather user feedback and identify opportunities for growth
• Support PR, startup competitions and other promotional opportunities
• Work closely with the founders to shape BentoTile’s growth strategy

• Currently in secondary school or above
• Strong interest in startups, marketing, technology or entrepreneurship
• Creative and willing to experiment
• Good communication and writing skills
• Comfortable using social media platforms
• Proactive and able to work independently
• Willing to take ownership and bring new ideas to the table
• No prior professional marketing experience required

• Hands-on experience working at an early-stage startup
• Direct exposure to startup growth, marketing and entrepreneurship

Compensation: This position is currently unpaid. We are looking for people who are genuinely interested in gaining startup experience and building something from the ground up.
