Job Summary

An established PUB piping contractor company seeks a Project Co-ordinator to manage project administration, coordinate stakeholders, plan schedules and risks, and handle reporting and claims to ensure smooth project execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage all project-related administration and documentation to maintain accurate and timely records
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, foremen, and sub-contractors to facilitate project progress
• Develop and maintain project schedules and implement risk management strategies to ensure timely delivery
• Prepare and handle progressive reports and claims to support project tracking and financial processes
• Apply strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster collaboration among project teams and stakeholders

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Certificate or diploma in a Building-related field
