Responsibilities
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and organized
Service Administration Executive
to support the daily operations of our Water Dispenser and Coffee Machine division. This role is responsible for coordinating service activities, scheduling technicians, liaising with customers and principals, and ensuring smooth after-sales support operations.

Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate technicians' schedules for installations, servicing, repairs, and equipment removals.
Liaise with customers, sales teams, technicians, and principals to ensure smooth service operations.
Monitor service requests and ensure timely completion of service jobs.
Forecast inventory requirements and coordinate the ordering of machines, spare parts, and consumables to maintain optimal stock levels.
Prepare monthly service, inventory, and performance reports for management and principals.
Maintain accurate service and inventory records in the ERP system.
Handle customer enquiries, service escalations, and operational issues.
Track technicians' and drivers' performance records and calculate monthly commissions/incentives for payroll processing.
Drive process improvements to enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by Management.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in service coordination, administration, or operations support.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP experience is an advantage.
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Positive attitude and ability to work independently.
