Responsibilities
Role: System Analyst

Location: Malaysia
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understandtheir operational needs, identify problems, and define system requirements fornew projects and enhancements.
Conduct in-depth analysis of existing systems andbusiness processes to identify areas for improvement, automation, andoptimization.
Translate complex business requirements into clear,concise, and comprehensive functional and non-functional specifications, usecases, user stories, and other relevant documentation.
Work closely with development teams, architects, andquality assurance teams throughout the software development lifecycle to ensuresolutions meet business objectives and technical standards.
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations togather requirements, present findings, and obtain stakeholder approvals.
Support system integration testing (SIT), useracceptance testing (UAT) support, and defect analysis to ensure the quality andintegrity of delivered solutions.
Assist in the creation of training materials andprovide support to end-users post-implementation.
Stay updated with industry trends, emergingtechnologies, and best practices in system analysis and banking technology.
Participate in project planning, risk assessment, andchange management activities.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Computing, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience as a System Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document complex business and system requirements.
Proficiency in creating flowcharts, process maps, use cases, and other analytical tools.
Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Strong negotiation skill, good in time management andable to multi-task
Ability to work independently and as part of a team ina fast-paced environment.
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with banking products (especially Credit Origination or related domains), banking/financial services, and regulatory requirements is highly advantageous.
Experience with Unix OS and Database concepts (SQL) and an understanding of system integration principles is a plus.
Basic working experience with job scheduler, putty, database access, online and batch integration protocols.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project) is a plus.
