L2 Support Engineer – Network | Singapore

Location: Singapore – Work from Office (Daily)

Duration: Long-term

Travel: Must be willing to travel to Vietnam as required

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 support for enterprise network incidents, requests, and changes.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN environments.
• Manage routing and switching infrastructure across multiple sites.
• Troubleshoot and administer firewalls such as Palo Alto, Fortinet, or Cisco Firepower.
• Support wireless networks using Cisco, Aruba, or Meraki.
• Monitor network performance and proactively resolve issues.
• Perform firmware upgrades, patching, and configuration backups.
• Support network implementation, migration, and optimization projects.
• Maintain network documentation and operational procedures.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve complex network issues.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Routing: BGP, OSPF, EIGRP
• Switching: VLAN, STP, EtherChannel, VxLAN preferred
• Firewalls: Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco Firepower
• Wireless: Cisco, Aruba, Meraki
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, VPN, and QoS.
• Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
• Knowledge of network security best practices.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.

• CCNA / CCNP
• PCNSA / PCNSE
• Aruba ACMP
• Fortinet NSE
